Group Booking Policy
- A deposit of the first nights’ accommodation on all units is required within 7 days of making a booking. If the full deposit is not received no units will be held for groups and the booking will be CANCELLED.
- The balance of the account is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. A tax invoice will be issued once the balance has been paid in full.
- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, including GST and are nett to the Southside Holiday Village and not subject to any further discount or commission.
- A co-ordinator for the group will need to supply a completed check in list of names for all guests staying in each unit within 14 days of arrival.
- Should guests be arriving as a group by bus, a co-ordinator for the group will be responsible for the collection and return of all unit keys to reception. A $50 replacement fee will be charged for any lost key.
- At least 14 days’ notice must be given for any alterations.
- Cancellations with more than 30 days written notice attract a $200 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will attract a cancellation fee equal to the first nights’ accommodation on each unit.
- No refunds on cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
- No refunds will be given on alteration to number of guests on arrival.
- No refunds on early departure of group bookings.
- Credit Card to be supplied for security
- ALL rooms are NON-SMOKING & will incur a cleaning fee if not abided
- A $150 Cleaning fee will be charged for each unit that requires extra cleaning.
