A deposit of the first nights accommodation on all units is required within 7 days of making a booking. If the full deposit is not received no units will be held for groups and the booking will be CANCELLED. |

The balance of the account is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. A tax invoice will be issued once the balance has been paid in full. |

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, including GST and are nett to the Southside Holiday Village and not subject to any further discount or commission. |

A co-ordinator for the group will need to supply a complete list of names for all guests staying in each unit within 14 days of arrival. |

Should guests be arriving individually or at different times a key deposit of $10 per unit is payable on arrival. |

Should guests be arriving as a group by bus, a co-ordinator for the group will be responsible for the collection and return of all unit keys to reception. A $30 replacement fee will be charged for any lost key.

Cancellations with more than 30 days written notice attract a $200 cancellation fee. |

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, will attract a cancellation fee equal to the first nights accommodation on each unit. |
